The wonders of the Urdu zubaan manifest themselves in non-poetic realms as well. Here is another example of the beauty of the language – in the lyrical names of the planets of our Solar System. Although of Arabic and Persian origin, Zohra sounds like such a wonderful and apt name for the beautiful planet of Venus, Marreekh is the red planet of Mars, Mushtari is the largest planet Jupiter and the ringed planet of Saturn is Zohal.
