Muhammad Qyamuddin Ali Qayem Chandpuri or Qaim Chandpuri or Kayem Chandpuri (1722-1793), was an Indian poet. He was born at Chandpur, Bijnor and he died at Rampur Uttar Pradesh. . He was a contemporary of Mir Taqi Mir, Khwaja Mir Dard, Mirza Muhammad Rafi Sauda, Qalandar Bakhsh Jurat and Mahafi. He wrote Ghazals and was one of the most important poets of his age.

Given below is one couplet written by Qayem Chandpuri :

Duniya mein rahe hum toh kaiin din is tarah,

Dushman ke ghar mein jaise koi mehmaan rahe.


I did stay in the world but it was in such a way,
