Rashq means envy or jealousy. Here is a ghazal by Mirza Ghalib capturing some interesting thoughts in each couplet, one of which uses the lafz rashq.

ham rashk ko apne bhi gavaaraa nahin karte
marte hain vale unki tamannaa nahin karte

I don’t have any toleration for my own jealous feelings
I may be dying within, but I don’t allow myself to long for her

dar pardaa unhen Gair se hai rabt-e-nihaanii
zaahir kaa ye pardaa hai ki pardaa nahii.n karte

She is secretive about her hidden affinity for a stranger
So evident it is in her veil itself that a veil cannot hide it

ye baais-e-na-umeedi-e-arbaab-e-havas hai
Ghalib ko buraa kahte ho achchhaa nahii.n karte

This is reason enough to lose hope on friends and their selfishness
You call Ghalib bad, by doing so you don’t do good.
