The play, Taoos Chaman Ki Myna (The Myna from the Peacock Garden) has been adapted by its director, Atul Tiwari, from renowned Urdu writer Naiyer Masood’s story. It is set in the Lucknow of the 1850s. The play explores a father-daughter relationship and what transpires when he steals a myna for her from the Royal Peacock Garden.
