The meaning of the Urdu word larzish is to quiver / tremor. Typically it is used in Urdu poetry to say ‘awaaz ki larzish’ – the quiver in your voice

Anwar Mirzapuri’s couplet lyrically demonstrates this below:

apni aawaaz ki larzish pe toh qaaboo paalo
pyaar ke bol to honton se nikal jate hain
apne tewar to sambhaalo ke koi ye na kahein
dil badalte hain to chehere bhi badal jate hain

Rough English translation:
Atleast get some control over the tremor in your voice
Words of love do escape from the lips
Get a hold on your behavior and expressions, so no one can say
That when hearts change, faces also change
